I se up Independent Spanish Mortgages-Brokers SL to provide a complete, unbiased and professional service to clients requiring finance to purchase a property in Spain. Having grown up in Spain and being bilingual I have a detailed understanding of the Spanish approach to matters, yet share and provide the service levels expectations of any non resident client.

After having obtained a Law degree from King´s College London in 2001, I returned to Spain and after working for the Halifax in Marbella commenced working in the mortgage industry. Over 15 years in the sector have resulted in a wealth of experience and knowledge that will allow me to provide you with the information you need and the ability to deliver the required results.

The financial approval shall not be an agreement in principle, it shall be a full financial approval issued by a bank underwriter subject to the valuation of the property you decide to purchase.
