Independent Spanish Mortgages is the only reason we could buy a house in Spain. As foreigners the banking system and the regulations are opaque and confusing. But ISM walked us through every step. ISM was prompt, precise, and above all else, genuinely concerned for our well-being.  They helped us find a very loan with fair terms. We highly recommend them.
